Why Theory University?
We specialize in creating culturally competent curriculum, programming and experiences for organizations. People of color are often subject to standard educational practices and trainings without consideration of cultural barriers. We want to fill that gap and give organizations the tools they need to be inclusive with their programming. We do this in four ways:
Leasing Entrepreneurship Curriculum
Our in-house entrepreneurship curriculum includes a full break down of how to grow a business from ideation to launch while simultaneously addressing barriers POC often experience to better equip them to build sustainable businesses.
Creating Custom Curriculum
Our team is well versed on curriculum development and will work with your organization to produce a training that not only educates them in any field you seek to inform, but addresses the cultural needs of your intended demographic giving them the optimal learning experience.
Developing Custom Programming
We love developing programs and we will work with your organization to build out the program you desire while also making sure we consider all culturally inclusive aspects. We have a history of working with organizations who have received funding to create an impactful program specifically targeting POC. We are here to help you be successful.
