The Alternative Bureau
We’re in a world where a credit report is the “ make or break” decision to housing, jobs, cars & wealth. We’re also in a world where a credit score system was created to lock blacks out of those opportunities. We’re The Alternative Bureau and we provide people of color a second chance to a great credit portfolio through credit repair one on one sessions on where to start and damage control curriculums.

It is especially convenient for people who live in remote areas where there aren’t many options of meeting people in person to share their thoughts and concerns about mental health. It's a platform that made to encourage people by sharing valuable daily habits, motivation and it offers user-shared resources such as powerful podcasts, books, and youtube videos to help the community find more opportunities to expand their minds so that they can find a way to enjoy life to the fullest and overcome any trauma or problems they may be facing.

Women's Leadership Academy
WLA is a girl gang that stands up against girl on girl drama & violence, and encourages healthy relationships, and leadership through honest conversations, events, and curriculum.
Our nonprofit hosts the popular “Girl Talk” that gives women in the community a voice to collaborate on the problems, and solutions in our local girl culture. This inclusive event highlights the importance of sisterhood, healing, and what it means to be a leader in this day in age. We follow up with fun meet-up events where the women can have a safe space to continue to cultivate new friendships within the WLA community, and potentially find her tribe.
Tonya Kelly, BSM MEd
Empower Our Youth Foundation
The organization began in 2017 when her second daughter experienced being bullied till she had thoughts of suicide. With both of her daughters being bullied, she witnessed firsthand the negative impacts, the family emotions, and experiences that damage a child's self-esteem and quality of life. Over the past three years, she has shared her testimony and served as an Anti-Bullying advocate assisting families in reporting any forms of bullying to the appropriate authorities and mentoring students. Tonya has used her education and prevention awareness programs to become a voice and stand up for families by offering literacy education, mentorship, social-emotional learning, empowerment to the communities in Columbus, OH, and throughout the United States. As community advocates, families and youth learn how to respect, believe, inspire themselves and others while celebrating life.
